So you’re trying to select a builder for some work at your place . . . you ask around the office for recommendations, “Give Martin at Xtend a call” is what I was told by three different people. Ok sounds interesting, but are they that good I asked? Well it's like this, they told me: Once you've worked with Martin and his team when the next project comes around you just pick up the phone and call them without a second thought. 

So Xtend came and enlarged two bedrooms and a bathroom for us. So what do I think of their work? Great! I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the very professional way it was carried out. And would I use them again? We have used Martin Fleetwood’s services on numerous occasions over the past 7 years when we have done major renovations to our home.  This has included bathrooms, kitchens, second story decks and significant reconstruction of our downstairs living area.  His work is always of the highest standard, but perhaps more importantly Martin manages all aspects of the project and other contractors leaving a relatively hassle free experience during these major works. 

Despite having designed most of these renovations ourselves, Martin’s input was invaluable ensuring that the finished product was exactly what we wanted and worked well for our family.  We have recommended his services to many of our friends and colleagues and they have also been extremely happy with the end result.
