Commercial hospitality fit out and building renovation
Xtend carried out all building work, project management and coordination of all contractors to achieve the opening of a new Joe’s Garage franchise in Hamilton’s Bryce Street. While the building structure was of a suitable vintage it lacked character. We’ve brought that back in with aged wooden floors, industrial lighting and reinstating brickwork. The project was completed by Xtend NZ on time under tight deadlines.
The success of the project is largely due to the clear brief and sound communication throughout the project, from its early planning through to completion.
